The Gold Class® recognition is the highest role-relevant training achievement recognized by the collision repair industry. It is estimated that only 20% of repair shops currently meet the rigorous Gold Class standard. The I-CAR Professional Development Program™ provides collision repair businesses with a reliable training framework for acquiring Gold Class and maintaining the up-to-date knowledge and skills that contribute to proper repairs, improved business performance and risk reduction.

Direct Repair enables customers with eligible claims to proceed directly to Fleet Auto Body for a vehicle damage estimate after reporting the claim to MPI, instead of attending an MPI claim center. Direct Repair streamlines the repair process and can save you time by eliminating the need to visit MPI for your first vehicle damage estimate. Fleet Auto Body, an MPI Accredited Shop, meets repair standards and has the right tooling, equipment and training to complete proper and safe repairs.
